As a United States Military Academy Graduate, military veteran and mom, I have lived a life of service and standards. I learned that standards can never be compromised, cutting corners is not an option and integrity is the cornerstone of trust. I began to notice that the standards of today’s service industry gradually declining to the point where everyone is operating at a lower bar and consequently, the customer suffers and accepts the new status quo. I want to change that to where the new standard is elevated perfection. My new mission in life is now to provide a service to you that is consistently flawless and uncompromising.
